RPM is a CNC Machining Job Shop. We specialize in Multi-Axis Swiss Turning, Multi-Axis Live Tool Turning, 5-Axis Vertical Milling with Probing, and Multi-Axis Horizontal & Vertical Milling along with Broaching, Honing, & Sawing.
From bar stock to castings and regardless of the materials, we have run just about everything here at RPM. Part sizes range from under .100” diameter to around 16.00” in dia. Materials: Solid Bar & Plate Steel, Stainless Steel, Solid Bar & Plate Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Titanium, Plastics & Polymers, Ductile Bar Stock, Cast Iron, Aluminum Extrusions, Cast Aluminum, and Cast Stainless.
We run prototypes all the way through full production numbers. RPM staffs & runs 3 production shifts to better serve our machining customers.
RPM also offers Welding, Heat Treating, Grinding, Polishing, Plating, Powder Coating, and Sub-Assembling for any of your machining projects.
